The turnabout device can laminate the cylinder cloth on two sides in one process. It is equipped with deviation correction adjustable edge cutting and edge blowing device. Dual working position surface friction winding machine is equipped with electrical horizontal cutting. All rollers' on/off is controlled pneumatically.
